Our prices are per Day and include W&C water, electricity,linen and towels.

The Apartment will be cleaned at the start and at the departure.

The fresh linen and towels  will be given to you after 4 days.

The extra costs are:  5 € per day for the use of Air-conditioning .

Our apartment is equipped with TV, Air-condition and Wireless Internet.

We do not serve Breakfast.

Deposit  is 30% of the total amount. Cancellation 30days before the arrival date,after that you dont give any refund.
