Our modern Apartment

Bakiras house is consisted of an apartment on the ground floor.It was renovated on 2022.

The maximum capacity is 6 persons.It consists of one bedroom , a living room, kitchen, bathroom ,a balcony and a big beatefull stone garden.

The bedroom is consisted with a double bed a big cupboard and a smaller cupboard and a balcony door.

The living room is consisted of two triple sofas which become beds and two beds  to pull out underneath those Sofas, and one armchair.

The living room is not seperated from the kitchen.

The kitchen is spacious,fully equipped and has a big table with 4 chairs.In addition to the basic dishes ,

there are also a stove,coffemachine, waterboiler and a large fridge.

The our big bathroom is equipped with a shower with a courtain ,toilet, two cupboards and a sink with a big mirror .The balcony is wonderfull with a sitting set and a view towards the beatefull garden with its pergola and grill and towards the whole village of Sykia.The  apartment has TV,Satellite TV, Wireless Internet,Air condition.It also has mosquito nets and at the door.

Fresh bed linen and towels are given to you after 4 days and the apartment is beeing cleaned at the start and at the departure.

The stoneyard is spectalulary made,is big with wonderfull flowers and closed  iron fences for your privacy to be protected.

It has also a big comftable pergola with a big table,chairs ,outside kitchenet and a big swing to relax.

There is also a barbeque for our guests  to use .There is nearby a yard in the neighborhood for you to park your vehicle.

If you are looking for a peacefull ,joyfull ,family vacation and the vicinity of the beach is not your priority, then our Bakirs House is your best decision.
